Effective date: 1 November 2026 · Last updated: 1 November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TEYQOR AI processes personal information when you create an account, use market-intelligence tools, save account preferences, or contact support. You may browse public market information without creating an account.

2. Account availability

Account registration in the current international release is not offered to citizens of the Russian Federation. Registration requires an eligibility declaration and requests identified by our hosting provider as originating in Russia are rejected. These controls cannot establish nationality with certainty. We may suspend or delete an account if it does not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Information collected

We do not ask you to provide your real name, government identification, or payment card information to create a free account. Subscription and payment features are not currently active.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process account email, credentials and workspace settings to create and provide the service at your request (Article 6(1)(b)); security identifiers and operational logs to prevent fraud and keep the service secure (Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in protecting accounts and infrastructure); and information needed to comply with applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Essential account emails, including verification, welcome and password-reset messages, are service communications and not marketing. We do not currently send promotional mailings on the basis of account registration. Where law requires consent for separate optional processing, we will ask for it separately.

5. Providers and processing locations

The service uses Cloudflare for website hosting, account storage in a D1 database configured for the European Union, anti-bot verification (Turnstile), website security, and routing inbound support messages. It uses Resend for transactional emails, and Google Gmail as the destination for support correspondence. Providers process relevant personal data on our behalf or as otherwise described by their own terms. Network routing, email delivery, support operations, or other provider processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must be supported by an appropriate legal mechanism and provider safeguards; you may request additional information at the contact address above.

6. Retention

Registration and password-reset codes expire after 10 minutes and cannot be used after expiry. Login sessions are valid for up to 14 days, although expired technical records may remain until cleanup. Account records and saved workspace settings are retained while the account remains active or until erasure is requested, subject to lawful preservation needs. Security and support records are retained only as needed for incident investigation, dispute resolution and applicable obligations; retention is reviewed based on purpose and necessity. You may request deletion at any time using the support address; your request will be assessed and fulfilled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cookies, third-party content and external links

We use essential first-party cookies for authenticated sessions and request security. Certain market charts, economic calendar widgets and linked news sources may load content from external providers; their privacy practices may apply when you use those features. We do not use account registration as consent to unrelated advertising tracking.

8. Security

Security safeguards include TLS connections, salted password hashing, protected one-time codes, HTTP-only Secure session cookies, rate limits and Cloudflare Turnstile. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may notify users of security incidents when required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request information about the processing of your data, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the relevant data-protection supervisory authority. Contact support@teyqor.io; we may request proof needed to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

10. Required and optional data

An email address and a password are required to register and maintain your account. If you do not provide them, you can continue to use the public sections of the site but cannot access account features. Saving favourites and chart annotations is optional.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the service, its providers, and applicable law. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where required.
